HRM (HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT)

Among the four factors of production that is man ,money, machine and material.


Men is the most important assets of any organization . Since employees of an organization can control many machine and material and can produce results from them. Hence it is the most important resource among all. Every work can be done by the machines so there is a need of humans. “By the way they are the makers of machines”.


HRM (Human Resource Management) deals with the people that is the employee of the organization.


Every organization is composed of employees or people of utilising there services, motivating them to enhance their performance ensuring that they remain committed to the organization are important characteristics of human resource management.


In today’s scenario most of the companies having a department of HRM in their organization. Every company wants good and talented employees for their organization no one wants non talented candidates.




OBJECTIVES OF HUMAN RESOURCE OF MANAGEMENT.


1.To use the skills and ability of the employees. By the help of human resource management the HR's use and optimize the use of the employees.


2.To provide the organization with well trained and motivated employees.The HR's plays a vital role in recruiting and selection of any candidates to make their employees and ensures that they are the best one for the organization.they motivates the employees in terms of monetary ,promotions,etc.


3.To increase the job satisfaction of employees .The managers ensures that their employees should be satisfied and perform well.


4.To communicate HR policies to all the employees.They communicate the policies and rules and many other things to their  employees .It should be clear in the mind of the employees so that they maintain the decorum of the organization.


5.To be ethical(morally right and acceptable) and social responsible towards the need of the society.The company should discharge the social responsibilities and helpful for the society.
